Our fully equipped apartment on the ground floor of our two-family house offers 90 m² a cozy living room in a quiet yet central location. The 20 m² covered terrace invites you to relax and unwind. Living - living - feeling good. See for yourself. The holiday apartment was completely renovated at the beginning of this year. It is designed for 4 people (additional bed for one more person would be possible). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Pets on request. Children under 3 years free (if no additional services are needed). For long-term stays washing machine and dryer in the house can be shared for a fee. Paying services: Garage 5, -Euro per day. Babysitterservice on request. Beverage service on request. Physiotherapeutic measures on request (in-house practice) Payment. Half of the rental price is payable on booking, the balance at least 2 weeks before arrival. For last minute bookings, a payment on the spot when the apartment is available. Long-term stays: Stays lasting more than 4 weeks are considered long-term stays. They are basically possible. We ask you to request longer stays early. For Lanzeitaufenthalte a fixed price is agreed.

Bathroom with separate toilet: daylight bathroom with bathtub, towels included. Terrace: 4 chairs with seat cushion, table, 2 chairs, 1 parasol.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
