This cozy 2-bedroom apartment is located in Schmallenberg-Oberkirchen at the foot of the Rothaar Mountains. On the balcony, you can stretch out yourself, relax with a refreshing drink, and organize pleasant barbecue evenings. It makes a great stay for a small family or 4 persons.
The Schmallenberger Sauerland region has numerous well-signposted hiking trails that lead you directly into nature. During winter, the winter sports area Winterberg is worth a visit. Horse-riding opportunities are also abundant. This place is 2 km from the town center, supermarkets, nightlife pubs, and restaurants.

In the shared garden with lovely furnishings, you can savor home-cooked meals and sit back reading a book. There is a trampoline for the children.
