Parioli Penthouse is a comfortable apartment in the fascinating neighborhood of Parioli that can host up to 5 people. It has an amazing large terrace that is furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoor space.
The apartment is composed of a large living room with three sofas and three armchairs, a TV and a stereo for your perfect relax. The living room gives access to the huge terrace with city view. This outdoor space is really great and furnished with table and chairs that allows you to enjoy of the Roman sunshine and loungers, the ideal place to enjoy moments of true relax.
From the living room you can access both the dining area and a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stove and many utensils you may need (kettle, toaster...). The sleeping area has also two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom.
A maid lives in the apartment. She will be glad to help you in case you need it and she will take care of cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms every day and of changing linens and towels every 7 days.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Our check-in time is from 14:00 until 20:00
For late check-in, there is an extra fee to be paid upon arrival:
€ 30,00 for arrivals after 20:00 until 23:00.
€ 80,00 for arrivals after 23:00.
Check-out time is within 11:00. Late check-out is subject to the availability of the property. Please ask availability and price.
Once your time of arrival is set and closer to your arrival date, we will let you know the name and phone number of the person in charge for your check-in.
Should you need help with transportation we offer a pick-up service from/to the airport to/from Rome.
The city tax payment € 3,50 per person and per night up to 10 nights is requested cash upon arrival.
