Paseo de Gracia was the main artery of that new Eixample (Eixample) that was born from 1860, when the walls that drowned the old Barcelona were demolished. Following the Cerdà plan, the neighborhood was built with the money of Barcelona's wealthy families. The city's bourgeoisie competed in aesthetic refinement with the construction of their homes in modernist buildings, with interiors and facades profusely decorated with the most diverse materials. The Eixample Derecha extends from Balmes Street to Passeig de Sant Joan and Carrer de Naples. It is composed of several of Barcelona's main places of interest such as Plaza de Cataluña, Paseo de Gracia, with La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, etc. In short, it is the ideal area for you to enjoy the charm of Barcelona.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:
- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
