The two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation is on the first floor of the impressive, architect-designed Birchlee apartments which were opened in 2014.

The welcoming central hallway provides access to all rooms. The open-plan living space with its wooden floors, sizeable sofa and smart TV is the perfect place to relax. There is also a dining space for guests which flows through to a fully equipped modern kitchen, perfect for self-catering.
The master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom with a double bed and storage has the use of a large family bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower.
Energy-efficient specifications include windows with the highest grade of soundproof glazing, and super-insulation that dramatically reduces heat loss (and gain) by using much higher levels of insulation and airtightness.
The property is 0.7 miles to the town centre of Inverurie with a selection of shops and cafes. There is also a train station with good links into Aberdeen which is 16 miles to the south-east.
