The Neighborhood
Williamsburg has emerged in recent years as a pop-culture darling, and a force in defining NYC trends. While it seems that everyone has an opinion on Williamsburg’s true cultural cache, those that live in the neighborhood prefer not to overthink it. Instead, you’ll find a refreshingly care-free community where the motto is “do your own thing” - and always have a good time along the way.

The best bars, restaurants and things to do in all of Brooklyn while also having VERY quick access to Manhattan.

Getting Around
• The nearest subway stop is the Lorimer L. That puts you into Manhattan in just two stops, and to other parts of Brooklyn very quickly.
• Cars can also drive over the Williamsburg bridge, again giving you quick access to downtown Manhattan and parts beyond!

Other Things to Note
• We check requests immediately upon receiving them and the calendar is always up to date! Go ahead and book!
• All guests must purchase the Property Damage Deposit to confirm any booking.
• We may request a photo of a government-issued ID of each guest staying that shows the name, photo, and DOB.
• AC is available only in summer, for the rest of the year we are using fans.
• We love pets! Your furry friends are allowed in the property. There is a $50 sanitation fee and a $200 security deposit (per pet) which is refundable after your stay. However, please note that we reserve the right to keep the pet deposit if we receive any noise complaints or any cleaning issues such as stains, extensive hair, as well as damages.
