Large flat screen TV and living room, upgraded bathroom with stand-up shower. We are less than 10 minutes to most colleges (UofR, RIT, Roberts Wesleyan, MCC and more). We are close to airport yet in a quiet rural community. You rarely ever hear planes. For rentals over 2 weeks, owner requires the ability to enter property every two weeks for a cleaning and general maintenance/restocking. This day/time will be agreed upon mutually.
