Summary: We booked a room on the 5th floor -- but the elevator was broken and we had NOT been informed. Plus London was experiencing a tube strike so another option was difficult. We were told we would receive a 50% refund on our stay, and the hotel had put in for the refund, but after 12 days, I had to contact Expedia myself for the refund.
