Summary: This was a 1 night stopover travelling back from Italy. We booked late and when we arrived at 9pm there was no one at reception. Reception is not 24 hours but Hotels.com allowed us to book anyway. Luckily receptionist turned up and saw our late booking. He showed us to our room which only had beds for 2 people. We had booked for 3 people. Receptionist was very nice and helpful and set us up a 3rd bed, made of a mattress laid on cardboard boxes! When we got to hotel restaurant the kitchen was closed. Again staff tried to feed us but the food or 'tapas' as they called it that they could organize for us was pretty poor. The home brewed beer was excellent though. In summary the staff tried to help but was a poor experience.
