Positive: Location was nice - quiet street nect to a park, parking available right in front of the building. The area is quiet and safe (as is whole of Poland), next to the police station.

Negative: Place was outdated, with old furniture, that was falling apart! The cupboard door nect to the fridge was barely hanging and every time you open the fridge, it was collapsing as it was leaning aginst the fridge door, so in order to close the fridge, you need to first lift the broken cupborad door. There is another cupboard in the dining area, whose door was banging the ceiling light when you open it. The double bed in the bedroom was oriented towards the wardrobe, instead of parallel to it, so the wardrobe door was banging against the bed and was opening less than halfway. The bottom sheet was for a single bed (put on a double) and was hardly covering the top of the mattress, not folding at all, so in morning, understandably, it was coilled in the middle of the bed. The blanket was also for a single bed. There were additional blankets in the wardrobe, which smelled funny to put it mildly, so minding the low hygiene in the whole place, we didn't dare to use one of the blankets from the wardrobe. Bathroom was very dirty as well, no toiletries whatsoever, not even liquid soap. The toilet bowl was disgusting, with huge layering of limescale and dirt deposits on it. The shower has nowhere to be hung, so you need to hold it with your hand the whole time, trying to figure out a way to wash yourself singlehanded. As a result, the whole batroom floor is covered in water, making it very slippery.

Summary: Old, dirty, outdated.... Not a good value for the money!
