The Space:
The apartment is a penthouse with two balconies, it has views of the mountains and also the city. It is very calm and quiet. Light enters all day long in all the rooms and the living room, it is wonderful to be in a place this incredible.
With four bedrooms, three of them doubles with two beds each and a single room, there is enough space for 7 people. All rooms have large closets and a desk for studying or working.
The two bathrooms, completely new, are a delight and very equipped, with very large showers and large sinks. The living-dining room is very large and is divided into the living room area with two large sofas and a large TV. The dining area has a very large table with many chairs for the best breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

** As this is an apartment that is rented for stays of one month or longer than one month, the cost of supplies is not included in the rent. The cost of supplies will be according to consumption.
We will collect a provision of funds (€9 per day) before arrival and will adjust it upon departure with the utility bills, the guest will only pay for the electricity, water and gas they consume.

Public transportation is fantastic. Families can live in complete peace of mind and comfort.
