Positive: Very clean. Warm approachable owner. Internal garage super useful for loading/unloading luggage (and children)!

Negative: Some items need maintenance attention. The upstairs mezzanine space is very low ceiling - for kids only.

Summary: Worked very well for us for what we needed in terms of location. The balcony is lovely on a warm evening.
