Positive: Very cute, well-lit room. The building itself has a nice entrance and a warm vibe. The room wasn't not exceptionally equipped, but it had all we needed for 1 night - temperature was good, soaps were provided, and we used the common water kettle to make ourselves some tea. Communication with owners was very fast, everything was clear and they also managed to accommodate a last minute request from our side for earlier check-in. Good job, guys! Although it is not located in the city centre, the walk to get there was pleasant, and the neighbourhood was quiet and residential.
