Summary: The rooms do not have any air conditioning, and if you're staying in Mexico City when it's going to be hot, this is definitely NOT the place to stay as it will be too hot to get a good night's sleep without any proper air circulation (even with window and balcony door open). Also while there, we were locked out of our room for about an hour while they had to change the battery on the door lock. I will say all the front desk people were all very friendly and helpful, and if the room temperature was not so uncomfortable, this would have received a much higher review as the location was great and the people were friendly.
