Accommodation information
Entrance is into the kitchen which is fully equipped for a self catering holiday in Cornwall. There is an oven & hob, a washer dryer, a fridge, a freezer and microwave. The living/dining room is furnished with 2, 2 seat sofas and an arm chair. There is WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. There is also a dining table and chairs to seat 4 0r 5 guests. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds, the bottom bunk is a double with a single over suitable for a child. Bed linen and bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Electricity is also included.
Outside
There is parking for one car in the private car park and direct access to Perranporth beach. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and is only a 2 minute stroll away.

Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
