A house with character. Full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, dining room, family room, and living room. For extra people there is a convertible sofa and extra air matrices available. Large backyard and drive way, with additional free parking on the street. Safe and private neighborhood near many popular locations.
The space
Apart from the listed amenities, we also have a trampoline, sports supplies, and basketball net available for your enjoyment. The house is our own home that we rent out occasionally when we are out, so it is decorated with great love and care. Some of our belongings, (toys/books/instruments) are available for respectful use. We hope that this makes our home that much more welcoming to you.
Guest access
You are allowed access all the amenities and most of the house. The garage, attic, and some closets are not available and locked for our own privacy, but should not hinder your experience in any way.
Other things to note
Thoroughly read all and instructions. The majority of our guests find this to be a great help in quickly becoming acclimated to the new location and maximizing their enjoyment during their stay.
-No persons under the age of 21 should book this space if not accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 21.
-No parties, outside visitors, or overnight guests without our approval.
-No loud music/ outside of the house
-No smoke or vape on the premises or inside the building and no cigarette butts or ashes in the garbage cans (inside and out).
-No shoes inside of the house, bring slippers if walking without shoes makes you uncomfortable.
-Do not engage in illegal activity anywhere on the property (also applies to internet activity, drugs, under aged drinking, etc.)
-If something breaks, please let me know so that I can take steps to fix/replace it before the arrival of the next guest. We understand accidents do happen.
-Do not leave food out that will attract uninvited guests.
-No open flames of any kind inside the building or on property.
-Lock all doors after entering/exiting.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave at any time during your stay, without a refund, if these house rules are ignored or broken.
