Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Despite the language barrier, the staff was friendly and helpful. The remote control of the A/C wasn't working, so they came quickly to replace it when we called them.

Negative: When we arrived there was no one there, so we called the phone number, but there was a big language barrier. Eventually someone came to give the key but the communication was a bit difficult. The location was far from the centre, although we could've known that beforehand.
