Positive: Superb location and facilities. Friendly host who came round to see us as soon as she could and could see we had arrived. Only then did we discover that she had heard nothing from us and we had heard nothing from them. Ideal place but appalling marketing by Sykes and booking.com.

Negative: No reply from the hosts when booking or making special requests. No reply to messages. No reply to phone call. We had no idea when we could arrive or how to get into the property. We afterwards discovered it WAS NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOST. It was caused by our using booking.com and the property being marketed by Sykes holidays and the 2 companies did not pas on any information. - so the hosts heard NOTHING from US. They were just as baffled/upset as we were. SORT this OUT.

Summary: Gorgous place in a super location but the booking system through booking/com and Sykes was AWFUL.
