Summary: Lovely property. The living room and kitchen are spacious and gorgeous. The hot tub is spectacular. The rooms are nice but small. The hallway leading to the rooms is very narrow and you basically cannot open two doors at once. The less pleasant part was the check-in process. We never received exact instructions from VRBO or from Hoseasons. I tried calling on the way there but the numbers that were given on the VRBO or Hoseasons website didn't work. The chat option was useless as well. I tried calling various numbers found in some relevant websites (one of them in the US!) but none was helpful. I eventually called the number on the Whitecairn & Glenluce website and luckily someone picked up. He agreed to come and meet us at the property and let us in, so all was well at the end.
