The property has a well equipped kitchen, sitting room with a couple of sofas and dining table and chairs - a feature of the room is the lovely exposed stone wall. There’s even parking for two cars, unusual in this popular village. Be sure to book a table at the highly acclaimed Masons Arms Inn during your stay.
Brook House is close to the village centre and the beach. Branscombe is in a sheltered bay on the beautiful east Devon World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The village has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Beer beach and stroll around the village. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away. Beer 2 miles, Sidmouth 3 miles.

Bedroom 2: double bed, fitted wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers, small TV. Bedroom 3: single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp. Family Bathroom: bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Entertainment: Freeview TV, DVD Player. Radio/Cassette/CD Player. Outside: balcony with table and chairs accessed from sitting room. Parking: two parking spaces to the rear. General: WiFi .
