This property is one of two, set in the owners’ grounds where privacy is assured. The beautiful barn conversion boasts a modern fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals using fresh local produce from the nearby town. The local pub is 1 mile walk to the village across fields, steep in places. Bodnant Welsh Food farm shop a short car ride of 5 minutes. The village of Eglwysbach is home to the famous Bodnant gardens of over 100 acres run by the National Trust

Summary: Cottage was lovely and comfortable, views outstanding and yes saw the buzzards and kites. Will definitely be booking again. There wasn&#39t anything we didn&#39t like but when comparing to other accommodations we have stayed in, most tend to provide a small welcome pack of milk, teabags, etc, this one didn&#39t, and isn&#39t within short distance of any shops, luckily as we were staying for the week we stopped off on the way and got shopping. A small welcome pack of few basics would help get the stay off to a good start especially for those that have travelled some distance and maybe not been able to stop on the way.
