Designed by a local architect, this in-town apartment is only two blocks from all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street, and less than a block from Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park, where you can stroll over and listen to the music on Saturday Nights in the summer. Main bedroom has a King bed with a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom.Guest hall bedroom has a King bed, and 3rd bedroom has a King or can be converted to 2 Twins. Another full bathroom sits in the hallway across from guest bedroom. Laundry room includes washer, dryer, and utility sink. The open-concept livingroom & kitchen boast plenty of natural light and extended ceilings, as well as a second balcony overlooking the Carolina Square plaza. On the backside of the apartment, a large screened-in porch provides a perfect place to enjoy the cool summer evening, and even has a small TV mounted on the wall.
All TVS in this home (located in the Master, Hall Guest Bedroom, Livingroom, Dining Area, and Screened-in Porch) and are smart TVs, with YouTubeTV provided by the owner for guest use.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
