Summary: Great location with easy access to all the things to do in Cooperstown. Apartment was very clean. It has all the items that you need. Quiet area. Owners met us and were very helpful and had some nice touches to make the stay enjoyable. Would recommend staying at Apple Tree if you want easy access to Dream Parks and only 15 minutes from Cooperstown.
