Our apartment has a modern but cozy feel. Located on a residential side-street, but walking distance to downtown eateries, shops and the movie theater. This apartment is a 3 block walk to the Oswego River and a 5 block walk to Lake Ontario & the marina. We are 5 miles to Novelis & Power plants/ 2 miles to Oswego Raceway/ 1 mile to SUNY Oswego. Whether you are visiting for business or fun this apartment will suit all of your needs.
This completely renovated apartment located in Oswego's downtown district has one bedroom and one bathroom, featuring a private entrance. The apartment is all on one level and boasts beautiful waterproof wood flooring in the main living space. Upon entering, you will see soaring high reclaimed wood ceilings and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. The stunning white kitchen with center island features butcher block countertops and full-size appliances, providing all the basics to prepare your meals during your stay. We even have a dual coffee maker for those who enjoy both a pot of coffee and single-cup coffee. The living/ dining room is open lending itself to that great room feel while still being small enough to feel cozy. The dining table seats two and the living room holds a 42" HD TV on exposed brick wall (no live tv, you may sign in to your own streaming service please sign out before you leave). Catch up on your daily emails at our glass computer desk. The comfortable queen-size bed can accommodate two people while the large bedroom closet can hold your clothes for a business trip, long-term stay, or fishing trip. There is a 32" HD TV supplied in the bedroom. After a day of exploring Oswego, unwind in our large 5' walk-in shower with glass doors and beautiful spa-like tiles.

Summary: Great location great decor!! Comfortable, plenty of room for us with room to spare. We stayed at another house in Oswego, same owner, last year and loved it. The same was true for this one. Wonderful property owners!
