This large, comfortable, detached farmhouse stands in its own enclosed garden, with a path leading down into a beautiful wooded valley, which belongs to the owner. The house, retaining much of its original 1920s character, is spacious and comfortable, with wonderful views over the valley below and plenty of storage space for surfboards and bicycles, making it an ideal holiday base for a large family group. For nature lovers, the area provides plentiful opportunities for wildlife watching. Roe deer and badgers may sometimes be seen from the house and there are owls and many other species of birds, as well as seals to be seen on the coast. Just a mile away is Crackington Haven with its sandy beach and rock pools, ideal for both children and the young at heart to while away the hours.

Woodgate has plenty of space for all sizes of groups to be very comfortable. There are 2 sitting rooms, one of which has a superb open fireplace (fuel & logs are available locally). Both the sitting rooms have TVs which is ideal if you want children in a different room from adults! There is a great dining area and plenty of space in the kitchen to cater for a full house. The garden is a really good size with a lower lawned area and a gravelled terrace around the house with a built in BBQ to one side. There is a further garden area to one end of the property. Plenty of space here and it is especially good for kids to explore!

Ground Floor: Living room with open fire and flatscreen TV & DVD, second living room with a further TV. Open style farmhouse kitchen with adjoining breakfast / dining room with views over the wooded valley.
First Floor: Master bedroom with 5' double bed and en-suite shower room & WC followed by second double bedroom with 4'6" bed and en suite shower room with WC. A twin bedroom and further small twin bedroom with a single bed and pull out truckle bed. There is a large family bathroom with over bath shower followed by a separate WC.
Exterior: Enclosed garden with two lawns external table & chairs & BBQ facilities.
