Summary: It was convenient to the Stadium where events were held. It was central, cabs came quickly. Front desk staff were efficient, all staff were pleasant. BUT, the service in bar and dining room was very very slow. They should have staffed up for the events in the city. And for an American, not being able to take out a cup of coffee is crazy. The beds were of good quality, Jr. Suite was very suitable for me. Parking was expensive and not secure. No evidence of security around the hotel and parking area. But that could just be the way things are. And I should have been able to get my ACCOR points. I did not because of booking thru Expedia. Website did not show availability for my room, Expedia did, why was that????
