Summary: Everything was walkable. Quite a few choices of cafes and restaurants. The people were very friendly. The suite was adorable. And if you like people watching, there is a park across the street that you can sit in your living room chair and watch life going on. Pete was very helpful and accessible. Thanks Pete.
