Less than 10 minutes coastal walk down to beautiful secluded sandy Polurrian Cove. The cottage is a few metres from the Polurrian Bay Hotel, where guests are able to enjoy complimentary use of the indoor pool, gym, tennis court and outdoor pool as well as the hotel's relaxed and excellent dining. They can also relax in the spa where a wide range of treatments are available. The cottage has an open plan kitchen, dining-room/lounge area, a bathroom, a private patio with seating and off road parking. Mullion village is a short walk away. There are shops, pubs and restaurants all within 15 minutes walk. The coastal path passes in front of the property - turn left and it's 15 minutes walk to Mullion Cove and its dramatic harbour with coasteering opportunities. Turn right and another 15 to 20 minutes walk takes you to Poldhu Beach (for surfing and the open all year Poldhu Beach Cafe. The Helford river (for sailing and Daphne du Maurier's Frenchman's creek), spectacular Kynance Cove, charming Cadgwith Cove and the Lizard (Britain's southernmost point) are all within a short drive.
