Light and airy comfortable double-room located in the loft area of a contemporary home, with it's own private bathroom and small study. Situated on a quiet road in beautiful Chiswick, West London and perfectly located for nice restaurants and good public transport routes into the center of London Town.

Please note: We have two pet Cats that live at the house so it would be inadvisable to stay if you have a cat allergy.

The house is a 20 minute taxi ride from Heathrow Airport and 30 minutes into Central London using the Tube. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Tube Station (Gunnersbury) which services the District Line and Overland Line. You can reach all the major attractions from this station – Kew Gardens, Science Museum, V&A Museum, and Natural History Museum. Chiswick Business Park is also 5 minutes away.

We are a 10 minute walk into Chiswick Town where there is a large Supermarket, shops and a multitude of good restaurants and bars along the High Road.

The house is shared with myself and my two daughters who live with me for 50% of their time. I'm usually working in my office so the shared Dinning Room and Kitchen areas will be for your own usage for most of the time.

The bedroom has a double-bed, a wardrobe, draws and shelving unit. It comes with it's own bathroom - toilet, sink and shower unit. There is a small study room off from the bedroom with a table, chair and draws. Broadband internet access is freely accessible.

Summary: Colin is very friendly and kept me and my husband quite comfortable during our stay. Check in was easy and Colin took the time to show us around the house, gave us tips on local places to visit, and provided every amenity we needed. When our flight home was cancelled, Colin allowed us to stay an extra night and made sure we had everything we needed. The loft is very cosy and clean! Everything is exactly as pictured/described in the listing. The location is great as well. We felt very safe in the area and it's a beautiful neighborhood to explore. It's also a straightforward transit trip into central London and there are nice cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store within a few minutes walk. Overall, we had an excellent stay--it felt like staying with family/friends! We would definitely stay again and recommend Colin's place to others. Thanks again, Colin, for being a wonderful host and keeping such a lovely home.
