Summary: Pool was freezing as if in -20 weather (water, room, floor). Kids kept running up and down the halls as if in a playroom. Room was clean, but room service didn't change the toilet paper, or empty shower bottles (left the empty bottle on the counter without the top on). Be cautious when paying, my deposit and room charge were taken off my credit card, reception wanted to charge it again when checking out until I showed that it already came out of my account.
