Located on a small farm, just 5 minutes from Crackington Haven beach and close to Boscastle, Tintagel and Bude.
You can explore the 18 acres of farm, where you can meet our Alpacas and Sheep. The alpacas are always happy to be fed some apples.
Downstairs, you will enter through a spacious hallway, and into a large open plan living area, with modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 8, living area with feature electric fire, smart TV, sky glass and netflix. Theres also a desk, just in case you need to do some work. The cottage has ultra fast fibre wifi throughout.
Upstairs is a large master bedroom with an ensuite shower room and king size bed. There is a second room with kingsize bed and a third room with 2 bunk beds (Children only on the top bunks). The family bathroom has a bath with overhead rainfall shower.
There is central heating throughout the property, which you have full control over and plenty of hot water from our eco friendly biomass boiler.
There is reserved seating on the bbq terrace, a short walk away from the barn. In addition there is access to a large lawned recreation area, a boules court and games room with pool table, and table football.
We offer 2 EV chargers and plenty of off road parking, a short walk from the barn.
