Positive: Staff were wonderful, breakfast lovey, Christmas party great.

Negative: The paper invoice coming through early waking us up then having to go check that we hadn’t been double charged as we’d paid through booking.com in advance then the invoice showed a second manually input card charge for that date of stay. It was very confusing and kind of ruined the morning chill out.
