Summary: we were given a room (old style) which was dark with dim lights, but on request we were moved to a better one from 4th to 5th floor. New room was good , modern and nice size. We senjoyed our stay, staff was decent. English lady at the front desk was helping and nice. Cleaning was bit of an issue, cleaner comes and somedays fold the blanket, sometime change the towel, but dont clean the washbasin or WC or the toilet. You can have coffee at the reception area near breasfast area complimentary, which was nice thing. Breakfast was very average limited menu so we skipped to have it there. Recommend to go to Cafe extrablatt , which serves buffet and ala carte as well. Hotel itself is 5 min walk to aegidientorplatz station. 10 min walk away from Kropcke , so nicest location. Rest over all, nice stay.
