During the renovation in 2013, care was taken to preserve as much as possible of the old substance of the country house; old floorboards, doors and vaulted cellar.
Only ecological materials were used, so that the flair of the approximately 230-year-old country house was preserved.
However, deep old beamed ceilings, earth-colored clay plaster walls are now combined with exclusive equipment and the highest comfort.
The apartment impresses with its 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite, a 65m2 living room with fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining balcony, with a view into the beautiful SEEBADHOF® - courtyard to the old chestnut tree.
With this in mind, we have designed the country house in the Seebadhof: muted colors, special attention to furnishings with selected modern furniture /accessories and use of traditional building materials. All this without renouncing to the most modern comfort.
