Summary: The room was very small. There were stains on the carpet, the bathroom was incredibly small, and the pool area was terrible. It was under construction and the pool lining was not finished. It was like a loose plastic wrap. Really disappointed for the price in comparison to better hotels. Worst fairmont I’ve been to. I did my research beforehand and found it misleading. The website says that the pool had been renovated. This is misleading and disappointing for my family. We could have stayed at the Sutton place, pan pacific or fairmont waterfront for similar money. I would have complained at check out but the line up was so long. How will you address this?
