Das gut ausgestattete Haus bietet Platz für 4-8 Personen und ist wunderbar geeignet für Familienurlaub oder um einfach mit Freunden ein gemütliches Wochenende inmitten der Natur zu verbringen. Das Haus ist eine ideale Basisstation für Ihre Wandertouren, Biketouren, oder Ski, Snowboard, Langlauf und natürlich rodeln mit der ganzen Familie. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Banken, Post, Ärzte und zahlreiche Gaststätten. Die nahe Innenstadt (3 km) kann bequem mit Auto/Bus oder Rad (durch die weltberühmte Lichtentaler Allee) erreicht werden. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Nichtraucherobjekt.

Das Haus bietet Ihnen: WLAN, Zentralheizung, weiße Isolierglasfenster, weiße Kassettentüren, neue Laminatböden aus Kirsch in den Schlafräumen im OG, alle anderen Zimmer sind durchgehend mit Fließböden ausgestattet, Weiß gefliestes Badezimmer und schwarzen Bodenfliesen mit weißen Sanitäranlagen, rote Einbauküche. Das Haus verfügt weiter über: Radio, Stereoanlage, CD/DVD- Player, Fernsehen, SAT-TV-Gerät. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Nichtraucherobjekt.
