The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties and tall guests over 1.80 metres. Separate access is via a steep staircase. The approx. 60 square metre, centrally heated, completely non-smoking apartment with sloping ceilings (room height max. 2.40 m) has a combined living room and bedroom (couch, satellite TV, radio, table football, sleeping area with 1 x double bed, 1 air bed extra bed for a child), a kitchen (dining area, electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also a car park, bicycle storage facilities, free Wi-Fi, a children's playground and a lawn in the garden with seating and play facilities (shared use).
