Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. All ground floor, so easy for people who have issues with walking on staircases. It's very spacious. Good walking/hiking trails with great views right behind the building.

Negative: The fridge had no freezer, only a small issue but would be useful. The bed creaks a bit.
