Our apartment (75m²) is suitable for couples, solo travelers, hikers, business travelers, technicians and families.

The completed residential unit is located on the 1st floor and has many windows: fresh air and brightness guaranteed! In the living room you can relax on a comfortable sofa and enjoy the sunrise in the spacious conservatory at breakfast. The sofa bed offers accommodation for two people. A covered balcony with about 20m² allows you to sit outdoors in almost any weather condition. The bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a small storage room and a fully equipped, new kitchen (oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, crockery) complete the 3 Room apartment. Bed linen, towels and tea towels (towel change once a week) are included in the price. Wi-Fi is freely accessible in all rooms. The apartment has a parking space, a garaging for bicycles and also the spacious garden with seating, barbecue and sandpit may be shared.
In addition, the area offers very varied offers: cycling and hiking trails, historic old towns (Limburg 45 km, Hachenburg 20 km), museums, parks and much more. The A3 can be reached in 5 km and thus leads to a distance of 35km to Koblenz, 55 km to Bonn and 65km to Cologne.
