Summary: Great Idea to reward guests to not use room cleaning with incentive of drinks voucher, however after 3 days here and with voucher ready for a coffee before departure hotel staff claimed voucher had already expired…we hadn’t even checked out yet. A bit cheap imo. Also , worst check-in system ever. Computer system requires you to enter your country multiple times through a long scroll down menus and manually add all the information they had received with the booking.
