Positive: The positives are the excellent location, literally a few steps from the Marianplatz and 5 minutes walk from the old bridge. In addition they have an underground car park. The room was a reasonable size and had a balcony which was nice. GREAT shower, roomy and fantastic water pressure, you could pressure wash your patio with it!

Negative: The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. Dust on shelves and in corners. The linen is well past its best. The duvet cover we had was holed in places and split on a seam. Also the towels were quite threadbare. We cannot comment on breakfast as at €25 each it seemed quite expensive. Lastly, whilst we were not affected by this, be aware the reception is only manned during office hours. Twice we encountered guests looking to check in out of hours with no apparent clear instructions on how to obtain their keys. (There is a code box outside the front door).

Summary: Great location but otherwise fairly disappointing.
