Positive: Property met expectations, airy, lots of light, easy to reach by public transportation.

Negative: The key was supposed to be on a chain in a mailbox but there was none and we had to wait 20 minutes in drizzle in front of the building to wait for the property manager to let us in and give us his keys. Two rental apartments were to share one mailbox as key access. Twice the second apartment renter took our key - they didn't identify for which apartment they were for - and could have walked into our place. Completely unacceptable. There should be a lockbox for each individual apartment - not a string in one mailbox.
