This is a main house with a private front entrance and a vast backyard area:
- Separate, very welcoming living area.
- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc... With family-size dining table.
- 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have KING-SIZE beds, and the third has two TWIN-SIZE beds.
- TWO bathrooms with shower/bathtub.
The recently remodeled and upgraded unit has a beautiful, fresh, cozy feeling. We provide everything our guests might need and do our best to ensure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.
Whether you are traveling for business or exploring the area, you will be delighted with your stay. The separate guest quarters provided extra privacy, which is excellent for an additional couple of several couples traveling together.

Summary: This home was perfect for our trip in Sacramento. It was very centralized and convenient for our needs. The whole feel is welcoming and gives off a peaceful feel. The pictures dont do this place justice!! The backyard is gorgeous and well thought out for sitting poolside or just enjoying the evening. Our kids especially loved the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need. Check-in was easy and Sergey is so kind and wonderful to work with. Everyone in our party truly enjoyed staying here, and we will definitely come back! I highly recommend this home!!!
