This 1938 art deco DUPLEX home was purchased in June of 2012 by Jimmy Brattain, owner of Design Works and has been under renovation every since. An award winning designer and builder, Mr. Brattain has brought his family's history to life in the quaint town of Gulfport, FL. The concept of the property was inspired by the memory of his grandmother and love of his grandfather who moved to Gulfport after WW11.

Summary: Check-in was a breeze thanks to Jim's excellent communication. The property itself was stunning, both inside and out. The pictures truly don't capture how amazing the pool area is. We had a very relaxing stay. The location is perfect—we loved being able to walk to charming shops and waterfront restaurants.
