Completely renovated and comfortably furnished holiday accommodation with a big garden, in the popular Moselle region
The holiday house carefully restored in 2012/13 is on the edge of the beautifully situated town of Alf an der Mosel. It has five modern holiday apartments to let. The apartments are very modern and luxuriously furnished and measure between 30 and 40m².
There are private parking spaces right by the house. The common room has an iron and ironing board, a washing machine and a dryer. Wireless Internet access is available in the house for a fee. A child's bed and highchair can be provided free of charge for each apartment. The house has a park-like garden with a big lawn right by the Üssbach.
Alf is by the so-called gate to the Central Moselle at the foot of the thousand-year-old Arras Castle and Marienburg, right between Trier and Koblenz, just a few kilometres from Zell an der Mosel. The central location and the proximity to the famous Moselle towns of Cochem with the famous Reichsburg and Bernkastel-Kues, the proximity to the Volcanic Eifel with its maars, Bad Bertrich just 5km away with its famous Vulkaneifel thermal baths, or the nearby traben-Trarbach with its Moselle thermal springs make our house an ideal starting point for trips, cycling and hiking tours.
Holiday apartment for two people
The apartment is on the second floor of the holiday residence and measures 33m². From here you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Üssbach and the bordering forest.
It has one or two separate bedrooms (depending on the booking) with box spring beds and bed linen (changed weekly) and a radio alarm, and either one or two (depending on the booking) shower rooms with a WC, hairdryer, stool, mirror and towels (changed every three days). The living room includes a cosy dining corner, a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, and a telephone. The fully-equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room and has a coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with three-star freezer compartment, a dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Crockery and tea towels (changed every three days) are provided.
