Discover our charming bungalow at Erlenweg 3, Eschborn! Enjoy air-conditioned accommodation with a private outdoor hot tub in the secluded garden, pool views and a terrace. This cosy bungalow can accommodate up to 8 people, with 2 bedrooms on the mezzanine floor for a maximum of 3 people. The basement offers additional sleeping accommodation for 5 people, including a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, a TV room with a single bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (as well as a separate exit).
The building is an atrium-row angled bungalow with a secluded garden on mezzanine level. All rooms on the mezzanine floor have an exit and large windows to the garden in and out of all rooms. The house has a main entrance to the mezzanine floor. The basement has a separate exit that leads to the garage on the ground floor level. The garage is partially open to the garden, which is half a storey higher. A small staircase leads to the garden through a lockable, solid door. The garage is large and has a roller shutter door and a separate door so that you can easily access the street from the basement through the garage without disturbing your friends on the mezzanine floor. Our au pairs have found this very pleasant for over 10 years.
The entire property is non-smoking and offers free WLAN access. In the bungalow you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a flat-screen TV with connected Marantz Dolby surround system with preamp and power amplifier as well as Piega wall and shelf speakers and a large Piega subwoofer, a cosy seating area and 3 bathrooms, each with a whirlpool.
