This detached timber-framed house enjoys a quiet location in Mesenich, a little community in the Cochem holiday region, centrally located between Cochem and Zell, Koblenz and Trier. The house faces south and has a little outdoor sitting area.
The accommodation provides around 45m² of living space for up to two people and brings together modern comfort and the flair of old oak beams, stairs and floorboards. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a mini oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The adjoining open living room has a dining table with chairs, a fireplace stove (wood is available) for cosiness on cooler days, and a sofa bed for one person. The owner can provide a highchair and cot on request. On the first floor there is a sunny bedroom with a double bed (180cm wide), a wall cupboard and satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, a WC and a hairdryer. All the rooms have heating and free Wi-Fi access.
