The house is situated in a quiet area without through traffic, near the Kyll in the Bitburger Land. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the 176-soul community, for relaxing without flights, car or train traffic to disturb you. There is no industry and no companies are in the small town. It is situated on an extensive site by the edge of a forest, where you can watch many animals at dusk and dawn. The adjoining forest offers a range of walking possibilities, starting practically on the doorstep. You can also go on day trips to Trier, Luxembourg, the Moselle or the Nürburgring racing track, as popular trip destinations.
Holiday house with a sauna in a fabulous quiet location on an enormous fenced site – also suitable for dog owners
The detached holiday house is ideal for a family holiday, a quiet time out as a couple, or a stay with friends. Children and dogs are also welcome guests and they will appreciate the size of the enclosed site. The one-storey house provides 70m² of living space, comprising a sociable living and dining room with a kitchen, a double bedroom and a four-bed room with two bunk beds, as well as a shower room with a WC. The double room is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, bedside tables, a dresser and a built-in cupboard for storage space. The second bedroom has two bunk beds for four people and a large built-in cupboard. The centerpiece of the house is the cosy living room, where you can relax on two comfortable three-seater sofas after a day trip. Satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo system provide entertainment and a fire in the fireplace exudes a cosy atmosphere. Next to the living room area there is a solid dining table, inviting up to six people to dine together, with an adjoining kitchen, equipped with modern appliances for comprehensive catering, such as a raised oven, a fridge and freezer, an induction hob with four zones, a toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, a WC and a bathroom window. A washing machine is available. All the rooms have radiators.
The 3600m² flat and fenced site includes a large lawn, a fish pond and mature trees. The outdoor area allows a range of activities such as grilling, sunbathing, ball games and running around. Children can play largely unsupervised, but there is a very small fish pond on site. Parties and celebrations are also possible. The fence to the neighboring property was renewed (2020) and instead of the wooden planks there is now an approximately 180 cm high fence. The fence facing the street is about 125cm high.
A highlight in the garden is the barrel sauna, shielded from views in by hedges. From 01.01.2020 WLAN can be booked optionally for a fee. Current: During CORONA-TIME you can spend your vacation here without having contact with other people on the 3600sqm fenced property! The hiking trails start on the doorstep in this 70-person town. Just bring your groceries and enjoy CORONA-TIME alone without the risk of infection!
The centre of Malberg with a baroque castle and castle gardens tour including a visit to a café is 3km away. There are restaurants and shops in Kyllburg 4km away awaiting your visit. You can go on trips to Belgium from 45km away. It is 73km to Luxembourg city, ideal for a day trip. It is 60km to the Nürburg ring and 80km to the racing track near Spa. Trier, the oldest town in Germany, is worth a visit 47km away. Many little village along the Moselle are the same distance away.
