Summary: Our first room wasn't suitable for us, bed was too small, heating wasn't working, no wifi. Receptionist gave us a different room and she personally accorded us to the new room to make sure everything was good for our needs. Location is excellent, also, direct hotel access to closed parking garage was a plus! We stayed for 3 nihts, All of the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Hotel and our room was out dated, but it was clean and centrally located. The water wasn't very hot for taking a shower and the mattress was not comfortable, there was no refrigerator nor smartTV. Also, a bit of damp.
