Summary: It was very poor, arrived to check in and my room had no electricity, and the staff didn’t appear to care. The following morning, there was no hot water, and again the staff didn’t care, instead of offering an apology, just said how hard it was for them. My room was also not very clean, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. All of the staff had quite a surly attitude and didn’t appear to care. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast, which was good, but nothing exceptional. Overall, very disappointing, especially when you factor in how expensive it is! I recommend avoiding!
